Investment Fraud in professional sport has reached unprecedented levels. Fraudsters consistency target professional athletes. We will be conducting research and publishing a report outlining prevalent issues and key recommendations to help support historic victims and to help safeguard future generations.

We shall be researching our justice system’s response to Investment Fraud to learn how both our regulators and law enforcement bodies are serving investment and pension fraud victims and to propose recommendations for reform.
